An experienced HVAC Installation Technician who knows their craft and wants a workplace that truly rewards experience and skill.

What you’ll be doing

As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll be hands‑on, in the field, doing work that matters:

Installing high‑quality HVAC equipment
Modifying and correcting ductwork
Completing full system setup, testing, and verification
Troubleshooting challenges with confidence and precision

You’ll report to a central hub each morning before hitting your job sites throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas, giving you stability and support every step of the way. This position has a full‑time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with on‑call hours and overtime availability.

What you’ll need

EPA certification
5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
Ability to provide own basic installation tools
Ability to problem‑solve when issues arise

What you’ll receive

$24 to $30 per hour
