Maintenance Technician

Full‑time position located in Indianapolis, IN (also covering the neighboring Franklin area).

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as plant machinery and equipment. The role requires performing preventive and emergency maintenance, sourcing spare parts, and ensuring safe operation.

• Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, fixtures, and power and hand tools.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment and facilities, identify issues, and source spare parts.
• Collaborate with a field technician team to coordinate repair schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.

• Experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance (e.g., manufacturing or facilities maintenance).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best‑practice maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Paid vacation time with cash‑out option.
• Full‑time schedule with rotating on‑call shifts as needed.
