Crew Chief IV

Concordia Group is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Chief (Foreman) to lead Tower Technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who prioritizes safety, takes pride in quality work, and is passionate about developing technicians into future leaders.

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and skill level) PLUS sign on bonus and annual bonus

As a Crew Chief, you are responsible for leading a team of 1-4 Tower Technicians and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You are the primary point of accountability on‑site and a direct link between the field and the home office.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Tower Technicians
• Plan and execute daily construction activities
• Oversee all job site operations, including materials and inventory, tools and equipment, workforce coordination
• Develop, implement, and report daily construction plans, materials lists and requests
• Conduct Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and daily safety tailgate meetings
• Enforce all safety protocols - no exceptions
• Ensure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systems
• Communicate daily progress and updates to leadership
• Train and develop crew members for advancement into leadership roles

• Be a mentor, coach, and example in the field
• Build a strong, safety‑first team culture
• Hold crew members accountable while supporting their growth
• Develop the next generation of Crew Chiefs

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technician
• Proven experience managing and leading field crews
• Authorized Climber Certification (required)
• Anritsu Sweep Certification
• Commscope Connector Tool Certification
• NSN or Ericsson PTID certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to climb 200-300 feet and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Willingness to travel for extended durations
