Role Description The Landscape Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This role oversees daily landscape installation and maintenance activities, including supervising crew members, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include reading and implementing landscape plans, operating and maintaining tools and equipment, coordinating materials and site logistics, and ensuring proper use of irrigation and drainage systems.

The Landscape Foreman will communicate with project managers and clients as needed, monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Management to oversee crews and ensure high-quality, consistent site care.
• Experience with Landscape Construction, including hardscapes, planting, grading, and safe operation of landscape equipment.
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and efficient water management.
• Ability to interpret and implement Landscape Design plans, ensuring accurate layout and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills, including crew supervision, scheduling, and training team members.
• Understanding of job site safety practices and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to track progress and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; experience in landscape or construction foreman roles preferred.
