Sign Production, Fabrication & Installation Technician (Part-Time)

Circle City Custom Signs is looking for a part‑time team member to work across our production, fabrication and installation areas. We're a growing, hands‑on sign shop, and we're looking for someone who wants to build real skills, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and grow with us. Experience in signage or a related trade is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Assist with fabrication of custom signage — channel letters, monument signs, wall signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and more
• Support on‑site installation, including ladder and lift work, mounting hardware, and wiring for illuminated signs
• Help operate and support our in‑house CNC router and flatbed printer
• Read and work from design specs and drawings
• Handle sign materials such as aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, ACM, and foam
• Assist with site measurements and surveys as needed
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Take on other production and shop tasks as needed

• Experience in sign fabrication, installation, carpentry, electrical, or a related trade preferred — not required
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts) and outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, hands‑on work
• Valid driver's license (installation work requires travel to job sites)
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and a team player
• Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques
