Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23 - $27/hr; base pay may vary based on experience, knowledge, and location. Benefits may include medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.
About the RoleAn emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customers’ locations to repair or replace tires. When no service calls are pending, technicians may help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties.
Shift InformationParticipation in a mandatory on-call rotation, responding after hours including evenings and weekends with a high rate of acceptance. After‑hours calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial service tire experience.
- Service commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing various tire types.
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies.
