• Drive the company vehicle to complete services.
• Apply fertilizer, weed/pest spraying, aeration, and seeding.
• Conduct grub control/pest control.
• Perform tree and shrub fertilization.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Diagnose and communicate agronomic and/or horticultural issues.
• Obtain and retain ongoing company‑provided field training.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain the highest standard of shop cleanliness.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously during the day.
• Manual labor position.
• Seasonal with potential to become year‑round.
• Willingness to undergo a standard driving record and background check.
• Willingness to undergo pesticide applicator certification (paid training).

$19 – $22 per hour, DOE.

7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
