Mr. Plumber is seeking a Lead Excavator to perform residential sewer and water line repair and replacement projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.
This hands-on role requires operating excavation equipment, reading project scopes, and delivering work from start to finish in residential environments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential excavation with a plumbing or underground utility company, plus trenchless experience and a valid CDL.
