Textron Aviation is hiring a full‑time A&P mechanic or AMT to perform inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft.

• Conduct mechanical inspections and repairs, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.
• Perform engine and airframe maintenance: troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, engine run‑ups, airframe system and component changes, system checkouts, and installation of service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines.
• Use a range of tools and equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P License required.
• Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures per FAR 43.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.
