• $18 - $30/hr depending on experience

• Local travel in a company‑provided vehicle to evaluate commercial properties, perform service inspections, and complete repair projects that keep roofing systems operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot roofing issues, recommend practical service solutions, and execute repair work on low‑slope systems.
• Maintain high standards for quality and professionalism during all tasks.

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience and one to two years of repair experience.
• Working knowledge of low‑slope roofing assemblies.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successfully pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Availability for an on‑site schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as business demands and two Saturdays per month from April through October (10–12 hour days common during peak season).
