Experienced A&P Mechanic – Indianapolis (Various Shifts)

This full‑time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) position is open to experienced technicians in Indianapolis. Candidates will work across a variety of Cessna and Beechcraft models and perform a wide range of maintenance duties.

• Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Perform mechanical tasks: diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, rework, repair, replace, reassemble, and adjust aircraft systems for flight readiness.
• Operate engine and airframe maintenance: troubleshoot, inspect, and repair turbine engines (including run‑ups), carry out airframe system and component changes, perform systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P license (or AMT) required.
• Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures per FAR 43.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, or aircraft/flight maintenance.
