The Construction Superintendent will directly oversee daily field operations on the BTA site, ensuring workers have the resources, job clarity, and accountability needed to keep projects safe, on schedule, and built to a high standard of quality. This hands‑on leadership role involves managing multiple trades and projects on a single site.

• Direct daily field operations to ensure workers have resources, job clarity, and are held accountable.
• Provide hands‑on experience, challenge, encourage, and mentor workers to build skills and accountability.
• Lead across multiple trades and projects simultaneously.
• Shift projects efficiently based on weather and priority while staying on schedule once a priority is decided.
• Develop a schedule and cost‑effective plan for completion of assigned projects and monitor budget throughout.
• Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, delivering clear instructions and assignments.
• Inspect work regularly for quality and timeliness, making recommendations for necessary modifications.
• Procure materials and equipment proactively to prevent project delays.
• Interview and hire site workers; approve timecards and time‑off requests; prepare work schedules and assignments.
• Communicate and enforce safety procedures and site rules; address safety violations and other deficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure specifications and regulations are met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Hands‑on experience with excavation, trenching, concrete, post‑frame construction, electric, and plumbing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Leadership experience managing multiple trades and multiple projects simultaneously; at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in the building trades preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other simple database software to organize and communicate project plans.

This salary‑exempt, mid‑level position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience. It is a full‑time day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends and additional hours as required by project priority and weather.

After 90 days, full‑time employees receive benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Life, Disability, and 401(k). Paid time off follows the Company’s PTO policy.
