• Hourly pay of $20‑35/hr depending on experience

The Installation Technician role involves traveling to local job sites in a company‑provided truck and assisting with residential and light commercial solar installations. The ideal technician is dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to grow within the solar industry.

• Install and support residential and commercial solar systems on job sites
• Assist with mounting, wiring, and testing solar equipment
• Travel between local work sites using a company‑provided vehicle
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety standards on all solar projects
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while representing the company positively

• 1‑2 years of solar experience required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

• This position primarily involves working in the field at job sites
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
