Volkswagen - Tom Wood VW, Indy is seeking a Certified VW Technician to join our dedicated team in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and repair while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and service advisors clearly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen technology, service bulletins, and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Certified Volkswagen technician with proven experience in servicing Volkswagen vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with colleagues and customers.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and handle heavy vehicle components as needed.
