CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a part-time role to service our property portfolio in Indiana. You will maintain, repair, and clean facilities, helping preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep while supporting our mission to provide affordable housing.
The position requires hands-on experience in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
