Are you looking for more than just another job? Are you interested in learning a skilled trade that can turn into a long-term career?
We are looking for amotivated, dependable Entry-Level Flooring Helperto join a specialized3-person Sheet Goods installation team. You’ll work directly alongside one of the best installers in the industry, learning the trade hands-on while getting paid.
Sheet goods flooring is a specialized skill, and we are willing to teach someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a 3-person professional installation crew
- Assist with the installation of commercial sheet goods flooring
- Learn proper floor preparation, layout, cutting, fitting, adhesive application, seaming, and finishing
- Learn how to safely use flooring tools and equipment
- Help load, unload, stage, and organize materials
- Work on projects throughout Indiana
- Install flooring in a variety of environments, including:
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Gyms and fitness centers
- Schools
- Commercial buildings
- Other specialized facilities
- Learn from experienced craftsmen who know the trade

- Is willing to travel to jobsites throughout Indiana
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willing and able to travel throughout Indiana
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet
- Dependable transportation and attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
