The Pest Control Service Technician

• Inspects and removes pests from residences and businesses in a timely, responsive and courteous manner, providing excellent client service experience to customers
• Works with restricted products and materials and uses them in strict accordance with manufacturer labels, regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Maintains customer documentation on usage of products and scope of services
• Recommends additional services to customers as appropriate; identifies and supports sales opportunities in service territory
• Has a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
• Well-developed problem solving and organizational skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Projects a friendly, helpful disposition
• Works successfully with all types of personalities
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work effectively autonomously as well as a team player
• Commitment to ongoing training
• Is technology savvy
• Has solid writing and oral communication skills
• Lives within service territory (Springfield and Hartford metro areas)
• Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses a plus.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
