Position Summary:We are seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee and service commercial roofing and sheet metal service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs, sheet metal work, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls
- Diagnose complex commercial roofing and sheet metal issues and perform repairs
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
- Train and mentor service team members
- Maintain accurate service records and reports

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience, strongly preferred
- 3+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities
- Valid driver's license required
