The Heavy-Duty Alignment Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and performing alignment services on heavy-duty vehicles. This role requires expertise in using alignment equipment and knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough alignment inspections and diagnose alignment issues on heavy-duty trucks and buses.
- Perform adjustments and repairs to ensure proper alignment using advanced equipment and tools.
- Evaluate the condition of suspension, steering components, and related systems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide recommendations for further service or repairs.
- Proven experience as an Alignment Technician, specifically with heavy-duty vehicles.
- In-depth knowledge of steering and suspension systems.
- Proficiency with alignment equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
