Underadministrativesupervisionfromadesignatedtrademanager,toplan,coordinateandsupervise new construction and remodeling of existing buildings.

The Plumbing Journeyman has extensive experience performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters.

• Diagnoseplumbingproblemsandperform repairs
• Install and/orrepairhouseholdapplianceslikedishwashers,water heaters,toilets,sinks, etc.
• Performsotherrelateddutiesas assigned.
• Knowledgeofelectrical,mechanical,and structural systems.
• Knowledgeofbuildingmaterialcostsand wages.
• Proficientwithplumbingtools,materials,and equipment

• Completionofavocationalschoolcertificateprogram,associate degree,or apprenticeship preferred
• Anycombinationtotalingfouryears(48months) workexperienceinbuildingconstruction, remodeling, construction project coordination experience.
• Availabletoworkoncallandrespondimmediatelytoplumbing emergencies

• Thepositionrequiresstanding,bending,reaching,liftingamajorityofthe workday.
• Climb ladders.
• Workfrom scaffolding and lifts.
• Driveacompanyvehicle (truck).
• Capableofdrivinglongdistancesbetweenjob sites.
