The Position:We are looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team and handle a variety of residential repair and maintenance projects.
You will perform residential maintenance and repair work in residential homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.
Typical work may include:- General home repairs and maintenance
- Drywall repair and patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Door and hardware repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs
- Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
- Basic carpentry and home improvement projects
- Troubleshooting and completing a variety of residential repairs
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- A contractor's license is not required for this position.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF HANDYMAN OR RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
- Can perform a variety of common home repairs
- Takes pride in quality workmanship

- Can work independently and manage jobs efficiently
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Has a clean driving record
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance
- Understands the importance of protecting customers' homes and property
- Is able to pass a criminal background check
- $25–$35 per hour to start, depending on experience and skill level
