The Michaels Organization seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance across properties, coordinating repairs, inspections and contractor work. You will train staff, manage stock and ensure safety compliance while adhering to building codes.
Required are 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting skills, plus a valid driver's license. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits and on-call duties.
