Diesel and Trailer Tech

Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded Technician to support both diesel truck service or trailer repair operations in a busy, team-oriented shop. This position offers a strong mix of mechanical work and light fabrication, providing consistent variety and steady workload.

This company is family owned and operated for the last several decades. This company runs a fleet service fixing trucks, trailers, box trucks, and buses.

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00+ /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
• Perform diesel truck maintenance and component repairs.
• Complete trailer structural, brake, suspension, and body repairs.
• Conduct light welding and fabrication as needed.
• Inspect equipment and identify repair needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.

• Experience with diesel truck maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication work.
• Knowledge of trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, and lighting.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
