This position is ideal for a technician with experience working on light to medium commercial HVAC systems who enjoys diagnostics, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping customer equipment operating reliably.

As an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician, you'll provide service and preventative maintenance for light to medium commercial heating and cooling systems throughout the Indianapolis area.
You'll work with equipment such as rooftop units, package units, split systems, VAV systems, exhaust systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment. Your day may include diagnosing system problems, completing preventative maintenance, performing inspections and equipment startups, testing system operation, and troubleshooting electrical, airflow, controls, and mechanical issues.
You'll also communicate with customers and facility personnel, document completed service electronically, and work with the Godby HPE team to keep customer systems operating safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking ForAt least two years of commercial HVAC service experience
Experience with light to medium commercial HVAC equipment
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of electrical controls, airflow, and mechanical systems
Experience servicing rooftop units, package units, split systems, or similar commercial equipment
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Comfortable working independently and managing daily service calls
Strong customer communication skills
Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
EPA Certification is preferred.
Experience with commercial controls, building automation systems, and manufacturer-specific equipment is a plus, but not required.
