Schedule: 1st shift openings for Sr Technician, 2nd and 3rd shift openings for Jr. Technician

Pay: $28–$38/hour + $2500 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview

Under the guidance of a lead or supervisor, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on diesel and non-diesel trucks and equipment. This includes working on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using modern diagnostic tools.

You’ll tackle a variety of repairs each day, from preventative maintenance to complex system troubleshooting—all in a well-equipped shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
  • Perform repairs on:
    • Engines and transmissions
    • Braking systems (air and hydraulic)
    • Suspension, steering, and drivetrain components
    • Hydraulic and electrical systems
    • HVAC systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Conduct welding and light fabrication as needed
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and safety programs
Technician LevelsA-Level Technicians
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Strong working knowledge across most systems, including:
    • Engine, transmission, diesel emissions
    • Electrical and hydraulic systems
    • Suspension, steering, and drivetrain
B-Level Technicians
  • Handle routine maintenance and mid-level repairs, including:
    • Brake replacements
    • Preventative maintenance (oil, fluids, filters)
    • Tire work
    • Basic electrical troubleshooting
    • Hydraulic system basics (cylinders, components)
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or similar equipment
  • Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision in key systems
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Own tools required
Preferred (not required):
  • ASE certifications (T1–T8)
  • CDL (Class B or higher)
  • Experience with alternative fuel systems (CNG/LNG)
