Rainbow Restoration of Northeast Indianapolis is growing and seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Manager to join our team.

The Water Mitigation Manager is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion. This role works directly with customers, insurance carriers, and our field team to ensure projects are scoped properly, documented thoroughly, and completed efficiently.

The Water Mitigation Manager is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion. This role works directly with customers, insurance carriers, and our field team to ensure projects are scoped properly, documented thoroughly, and completed efficiently.

• Contact customers and schedule initial inspections
• Perform initial inspections and determine mitigation scope
• Document losses using Mitigate, Company Cam, Docu Sketch, and related systems
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding scope, coverage, and project progress
• Schedule and coordinate field technicians and daily production
• Walk project scope with Lead Technicians and provide direction as needed
• Monitor active mitigation projects from start through completion
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives
• Identify changes in scope and communicate them internally
• Troubleshoot field and equipment issues as needed
• Assist with equipment accountability, inventory needs, and field readiness
• Ensure projects meet company, carrier, IICRC, and safety standards
• Assist with transitioning mitigation customers into reconstruction services when applicable
• Coordinate project handoff to the Construction Project Manager
• Maintain accurate and timely job documentation
• Assist with quality control and project closeout

• 3+ years of water mitigation or insurance restoration experience preferred
• Strong understanding of water damage restoration and structural drying principles
• Previous project management or field leadership experience preferred
• IICRC WRT certification preferred
• Additional IICRC certifications such as ASD or AMRT are a plus
• Experience working with insurance carriers and restoration program work preferred
• Experience with Mitigate, MICA, DASH, Company Cam, Docu Sketch, or similar restoration software preferred
• Xactimate knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities
• Ability to lead technicians and maintain accountability in the field
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Rainbow Restoration of Northeast Indianapolis is a locally owned restoration company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Indianapolis area.

We specialize in water mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, and property restoration. Our focus is on quality work, clear communication, strong documentation, and taking care of customers during difficult situations.

This is a full-time, in-person position and an important part of our growing operations team.

Rainbow Restoration is a 24/7 emergency restoration company. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response may be required based on business needs.
