Maintenance Technician.

Forest Ridge Apartments
- Indianapolis, IN.

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation.

$20-22/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives.

• 6+ months of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Turnover Technician - versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call
