Maintenance Technician

A prominent manufacturing facility in Waterloo, IN, is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to support their operations team.

• Execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks on facility assets and production lines.
• Resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical frameworks.
• Identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions to help maximize operational uptime.
• Ensure the reliability of motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated systems through regular upkeep.
• Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams to guide repair processes.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various machinery.
• Document all service activities and manage work orders within the CMMS platform.
• Contribute to equipment enhancements and process improvement projects to drive team efficiency.

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding vocational credentials in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience performing maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to service and maintain industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery.
