Fireplace Installer Assistant

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $18–$20/hour

Candidates with experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, carpentry, warehouse, mechanical work, installation, or general labor are highly encouraged to apply.

• Assist Lead Installers with residential fireplace installations
• Load, unload, inspect, and transport fireplaces, tools, and installation materials
• Report to the Indianapolis shop each morning before traveling to customer job sites throughout the Greater Indianapolis area
• Safely work on ladders, rooftops, and chimneys on a daily basis
• Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
• Complete required job documentation and installation photos
• Provide professional customer service while working in customers' homes

• Comfortable working at heights (required)
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• Able to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 125 pounds
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Interested in building a long-term career in the skilled trades

• $18–$20/hour based on experience
• Overtime available (many employees average approximately 45 hours per week)
