- Indianapolis, IN 46241## Overview Salary Range $17.50 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Education Level High School/GED## Description As a Field Technician in the General Pest Department at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to multi-family  and commercial clients.

Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment solutions.
* Apply pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
* Follow safety protocols and use proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
* Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide recommendations.
* Maintain and clean company-provided equipment and vehicles.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and regulations.

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Pest control certification and licensing (as required by state regulations).
* Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a service route effectively.
* Physical capability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and handle treatments.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
