• Maintenance Technician: $22.00 – $25.00/hour
• Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician (7+ years of experience): $30.40 – $34.52/hour
• Plus an additional $2.00/hour shift differential

A growing manufacturing facility in Whitestown, IN is seeking experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment, preventative maintenance programs, and equipment troubleshooting.

This is an excellent opportunity for maintenance professionals with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoy working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This position works a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on 12‑hour shifts:

2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

The 2-2-3 schedule provides a rotating workweek with regularly scheduled days off and every other weekend off.

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.

This position performs preventative maintenance and diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Repair or replace hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, and actuators
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and complete necessary repairs
• Install, upgrade, repair, and replace electrical components and control systems
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and safety checks
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs
• Help minimize equipment downtime and improve overall equipment reliability
• Read and interpret equipment blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Provide information regarding equipment performance and reliability
• Follow established OSHA and facility safety procedures
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience working with hydraulic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize maintenance needs in a production environment
• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician:
Candidates with 7+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience may be considered for the Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician level, with pay ranging from $30.40 – $34.52/hour, plus the $2.00/hour shift differential.

Maintenance Technician: $22.00 – $25.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician: $30.40 – $34.52/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
