We are looking for a Precision Farming Specialist who enjoys working with equipment, technology, and people. This is a hands-on role that combines technical diagnostics, installation, customer support, training, and sales
.

• Install, configure, calibrate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair precision farming systems on customer and dealer-owned equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools, technical resources, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technology and equipment issues.
• Help customers identify the right precision technology solutions for their equipment and operation.
• Generate precision technology parts, service, installation, and product sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, technical expertise, and follow-through.
• Train customers on the operation and application of precision farming technology.
• Identify new customer and sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships.
• Work closely with equipment sales, service, parts, and other Precision Farming team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on new technology, products, equipment, and industry trends.
• Manage your time, customer commitments, service work, and sales opportunities with minimal supervision.

The right candidate is technically capable, customer-focused, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, and diagnostic abilities.
• Interest in precision agriculture and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Willingness to continually learn and develop new skills.
• Agricultural equipment, diesel, precision technology, or related technical experience is valuable.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Work is performed in an office, maintenance shop and outdoor environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system. May be subject to sitting, standing, climbing, lifting, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, speaking, listening and motor coordination.
