BARRETT & STOKELY INC in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with preventive maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and help keep units ready for occupancy.
The role covers drywall, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, with after-hours on-call rotation. A high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license are preferred, along with at least three years of maintenance
