• Provide social support in the workplace and case management to sustainably strengthen health, work capacity, and well-being.
• Advise colleagues on personal, social, and health matters with a solutions‑oriented, resources‑focused approach.
• Manage complex cases such as prolonged absences and reintegration, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Support managers in delicate management situations and deliver concrete, expert assistance.
• Identify trends and needs, actively contributing to the development of the People Care offer.
• Work transversely within the team, applying a generalist profile with deep expertise.

• Bachelor or Master (Uni/HES/HF) in social work, applied psychology, or equivalent training.
• Experience in corporate social support, case management, or related fields.
• Systems thinking and strong advisory skills.
• Ability to structure complex situations and coordinate multiple actors effectively.
• Empathy, discretion, and clear communication.
• Autonomy, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work.
• Cooperative spirit, reliability, and responsibility.
• Excellent French; good English and basic German comprehension.
