This critical role involves supervising Detention Officers, enforcing compliance with the facility’s behavioral management protocols, and ensuring a secure environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills, and must be comfortable with various shifts including third shift (10p-6:30a). A high school diploma is required, with a preference for those holding an Associates or Bachelor's degree.
