About the ProgramThe Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center provides ongoing, community‑based treatment and support for adults living with serious mental illness (SMI) and, in many cases, co‑occurring substance use disorders (SUD). The program emphasizes recovery‑oriented, person‑centered care focused on helping individuals build skills, maintain stability, and remain engaged in treatment over time.
Clients served in AOP often require consistent coordination across behavioral health, medical, and community systems.
