Behavioral Health Technicians - All Shifts

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts (First: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Second: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Third: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am) for our new detox and residential treatment facility located in Indianapolis, IN.

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
• Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification (preferred)
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries
