School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Whiteland

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners in a vibrant educational environment near Whiteland, IN. This full-time position focuses on working with a preschool caseload of approximately 60 students, helping children develop vital communication skills that set the stage for lifelong learning. The role encourages collaboration with educators, families, and fellow specialists Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 4:15 pm.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure as an SLP in the state of Indiana
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or pediatric setting strongly valued
• Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload and actively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in preschool students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student success and carryover of techniques into the classroom and home
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
• Maintain accurate records for assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Provide support, resources, and training to staff and parents as needed
