Location: Indianapolis
Freedom Care in Indiana seeks a Care Manager to evaluate home care needs, conduct orientations, assess environments, and train caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care. Travel statewide within Indiana is required with mileage reimbursement.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with frail or elderly adults, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills;
Salesforce familiarity is a plus and data entry experience is beneficial.
