We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in multiple automation testing tools and frameworks including Win Runner
, QTP/UFT
, Silk Test
, Selenium
, Playwright
, Test Complete
, and Automation Framework Development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable automation solutions, improving testing efficiency, and supporting enterprise‑level applications across complex environments.

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
• Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright Automation
• Expertise in Selenium Web Driver and automation framework development
• Experience with Test Complete
  , Win Runner
  , QTP/UFT
  , and Silk Test
• Strong knowledge of Automation Frameworks including Hybrid, Data‑Driven, and Keyword‑Driven Frameworks
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UI, and End-to‑End Testing
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center
• Strong scripting/programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Test Complete
• Develop automated test scripts for web, desktop, and enterprise applications
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end automation testing
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies
• Maintain and enhance existing automation suites for better coverage and stability
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate defect resolution activities
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and QA review meetings
• Mentor junior automation engineers and establish QA best practices
• Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines

• Experience with API Automation and tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
• Exposure to cloud‑based testing environments
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
