Senior Application Software Engineer- Oracle health

We are seeking hands-on IC3 Senior Application Software Engineers who are excited about building and operating reliable, scalable software systems using cloud-native engineering practices. You will contribute to platform services that support healthcare applications, operational workflows, and internal users, helping improve the speed, reliability, and quality of healthcare technology delivery.

As an IC3 engineer on our team, you will design, develop, test, and operate application software, APIs, services, and automation aligned to established architecture and engineering standards. You will work across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, code reviews, monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment validation, maintenance, and production support. We value ownership, independent thinking, sound engineering judgment, and clear collaboration. You will be expected to deliver features and quality improvements, solve standard and non-standard technical problems, and partner effectively with teammates, senior engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
