Técnic@ de Customer Facing - Especialista en Integraciones

Job Title

In direct dependence of the head of Customer Facing, its main functions will be:

• Guarantee the correct implementation, maintenance and evolution of the technical integrations between the DHL eCommerce systems and the clients' systems, ensuring a fast, reliable and aligned onboarding with the quality and service standards of the company.
• Analyze the technical and operational needs of the client, and propose the most adequate integration solution (API REST/SOAP, Web Services, SFTP, flat files, specific connectors, etc.).
• Perform the technical configuration of integrations, functional tests and end-to-end validation.
• Accompany clients and technology partners throughout the integration lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, certification and deployment.
• Document flows, data mappings, technical dependencies and specifications of each project.
• Attend incidents related to integrations, traceability, formats, communication errors or data discrepancies.
• Identify root causes and propose definitive solutions, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
• Monitor critical integrations and anticipate potential problems through pattern analysis.
• Act as the technical reference point for internal teams (IT, Customer Service, Commercial)

Required profile:

• High level of spoken and written English.
• Practical knowledge of integration technologies:
• API REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, Webhooks
• Communication protocols: HTTPS, SFTP, FTP
• Ability of planning, organization and teamwork.
• Communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, problem solving

Valuable:

• Knowledge about barcodes and label printers and their languages.
• Experience or knowledge in B2B and B2C integrations, and eCommerce environments (online stores, marketplaces, ERPs, CMS).
• Structured or high-level programming language (PHP, C#, PYTHON)
• Knowledge of IBM environment
• Medium/higher education degree in Computer Science or similar
