• Design, build, and maintain a multi-tier AI agent platform that connects LLMs to real-world enterprise systems (CRM, Salesforce, Service Now, SFMC, etc.). Bridge the gap between raw LLM capabilities and production business workflows — translating business intent into reliable, scalable agent infrastructure.
• Python backend development — FastAPI + Flask, asynchronous patterns, Pydantic models. Develop production-grade services on Kubernetes with proper error handling, retries, and typed contracts between layers.
• LLM orchestration — prompt engineering, session/context management, multi-agent patterns, and tool use (MCP servers). Keep agents grounded, scoped, and auditable across multi-step workflows.
• React/frontend basics — read, debug, and wire service calls; trace request-response through a component without being the one who styled it.
• Cloud infrastructure — AWS S3, Secrets Manager, ECR, ECS, ALB, environment-based config, and basic Dev Ops.
• Enterprise API integrations — OAuth flows, REST/SOAP.
• Systems thinking — trace data across 3+ loosely-coupled services, anticipate failure points before they hit production, and debug cross-service issues methodically.

• Bachelor of Computer Science (or equivalent) as a minimum educational requirement.
• Proven experience with Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask), async patterns, and typed contracts.
• Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes with robust error handling and retries.
• LLM orchestration and tooling, including prompt engineering and session management.
• Frontend exposure with React basics to read/debug and connect services.
• Cloud experience using AWS services (S3, Secrets Manager, ECR, ECS, ALB).
• Enterprise API integrations experience (OAuth, REST, SOAP).
• Strong systems thinking and cross-service debugging skills.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
