The Engineer-Information Services Senior fulfills customer requirements through the design, build, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools, and platforms. This role evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and technologies while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. The position provides comprehensive support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming and scripting.

Reports to :
Manager-Information Services

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience required .
• Cloud platform experience preferred.
• Healthcare, health insurance and health providers experience and understanding of processes is preferred.
• Requires experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
