Amazing Athletes, a leading provider of sport enrichment programs for children aged 2–12, is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to join their dynamic team. As a Youth Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering fun and engaging multi‑sport lessons in a non‑competitive environment to children. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching children, a positive attitude and experience working with young children.

$18.00 / hr – $22.00 / hr

THIS POSITION IS PART‑TIME, WEEKEND WORK ONLY (generally Saturday mornings), and it is NOT EVERY SATURDAY CURRENTLY. We do have openings during the week as well, and we will consider candidates who would like to work both during the week and on weekends.

• Deliver 10 different sports lessons (e.g., soccer, basketball, and tennis) to children aged 2‑8 years in a non‑competitive and supportive environment.
• Teach lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills, physical literacy, and health.
• Create and execute engaging lesson plans.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Manage classroom, materials, and equipment necessary for successful lessons.
• Ensure all children are safe, happy, and comfortable in each lesson.
• Monitor and evaluate children's progress and provide feedback to parents.

• Experience working with children aged 1‑12 years old.
• 18 years of age or older; minimum education: GED or high school graduate.
• Passion for teaching and promoting physical education among children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to execute engaging lesson plans.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive disposition.
• Availability to work on Saturday mornings.
• Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

Our school‑year coaches all earn at least $20 per hour. Saturday mornings range from 2 to 4 hours max. Retirement account matching (3%) starting in 2026.
