Job Title: Shipping Associate

Location: Batesville, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring timely and safe outbound shipments. This role requires forklift operation, order picking, and use of carrier shipping systems to support daily warehouse operations.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials
• Process shipments using UPS and Fed Ex shipping software
• Verify order accuracy and shipping documentation
• Label, weigh, and stage shipments for carrier pickup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures

• Previous forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Experience using UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems
• Ability to accurately pick customer orders
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift and move packages as required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry packages (weight as required by role)
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
