Valet​/Greeter

Valet/Greeters are responsible for ensuring assigned entrances to the hospital are safe and inviting for patients, visitors, and staff. They greet and identify any special needs, open car doors to assist guests in and out of vehicles as necessary, and park vehicles in designated valet spaces.

• Maintain excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work with others as a team.
• Control the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance.
• Help guests load and unload belongings.
• Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to taking possession of a vehicle for valet service.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with valet service standards in a safe and professional manner.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record, which meets insurance criteria. Chauffeur’s license preferred.
• Patient/customer transport experience preferred.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
