Warehouse Associate - Mid-Shift

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for picking and loading products for outgoing delivery. In this role, you will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods onto pallets, and move inventory to designated loading areas while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Read customer delivery pick orders and determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, and bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Use an RF scanner to enter records and capture data.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Drive a forklift (reach truck, order picker, turret truck, sit‑down) to pick, pack, and transport items.
• Prepare parcels for shipping and stage pallets.
• Perform cycle counts and load/unload vehicles.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience driving a forklift.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work at heights of 25 feet or more while secured by a harness.
• Language proficiency in English;
  Spanish is a plus.

The position is performed in an indoor warehouse environment but may require occasional access to outdoor areas. It requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting; seeing, hearing, and speaking; using hands and fingers for handling controls or product; reaching, holding, and carrying items. Frequent lifting and moving of up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. are required. Temperature variations are typical, with hotter conditions in summer and cooler conditions in winter.
