• Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring safe, compliant operations and decisive leadership from briefing to shutdown.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel strategy, and alternate selection.
• Execute high-standard IFR/VFR procedures, cockpit resource management, and risk assessment in all phases of flight.
• Maintain readiness for short-notice dispatch and adapt seamlessly to changing schedules inherent to on‑call operations.
• Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with professionalism, discretion, and clear communication.
• Uphold meticulous aircraft care standards, documentation accuracy, and recurrent training proficiency.
