CDL Truck Driver OTR​/Shuttle Positions

Scope of the Position

Flex-N-Gate Logitics is expanding and hiring additional CDL Drivers. This position will support Flex-N-Gate Logistics in servicing Flex‑N‑Gate manufacturing facilities by transporting materials and supplies in a safe and timely manner. The role is regional with dedicated lanes. OTR positions require layovers; both OTR drivers and dedicated shuttle drivers that are home daily are welcome.

• Demonstrate the ability to maneuver tractor/trailer in and out of docks and drop lots safely and accurately.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑inspection and properly fill out provided documentation.
• Deliver in a timely fashion as judged by dispatcher or supervisor.
• Understand and operate the onboard computer system.
• Work the hours necessary to achieve company goals.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences. Promote a harassment‑free environment.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; meet productivity standards.
• Perform all other responsibilities as assigned, including temporary fill‑ins for other driving positions (shuttle, OTR, spotter).

• Excellent safety driving record.
• Current commercial driver’s license.
• Current DOT medical card.
• OTR positions must be willing to be over the road several days at a time when needed.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience preferred.
